Ahmed Khaled — UI/UX Designer
I’m Ahmed Khaled Bakeir, a product-focused UI/UX designer based in Cairo. I combine user research, clean interface design and front-end know-how to create mobile and web experiences that are clear, accessible and ready to build.
With a degree in Computer Science and hands-on front-end experience, I design where user needs meet technical reality — research-backed, accessible interfaces that developers can actually build.
End-to-end projects — from interviews and personas to high-fidelity, tested prototypes.

Every project moves through the same five phases, so each decision is grounded in evidence — not guesswork.
I listen before I draw — interviews, surveys and competitor reviews reveal how people really behave and where today’s products fall short.
Raw findings become focus. Personas, empathy maps and journey maps frame who we’re designing for — and exactly where it hurts.
Structure before style. User flows, card sorting and information architecture make sure every path is clear and nobody hits a dead end.
From low-fidelity wireframes to polished UI, built on a reusable system of components, variants, type and color in Figma.
Interactive prototypes go in front of real users. Task-based usability testing uncovers friction, so every iteration gets sharper.
Let’s walk through it together — from the first question to a tested prototype.

Interviews, surveys and competitive analysis, synthesized into personas and insights the whole team can act on.
Clean, accessible interfaces with strong visual hierarchy for iOS, Android and the web.
High-fidelity, interactive prototypes in Figma and Framer for testing ideas and getting stakeholder buy-in early.
Components, variants, typography and color styles that keep products consistent as they grow.
Moderated and unmoderated, task-based sessions that validate decisions before a single line of code is written.
Hands-on HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience means responsive, realistic designs and specs developers love.
The tools I use every day to research, design, prototype and hand off — from the first sticky note to a developer-ready file.
I’m a product-focused UI/UX designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems. Before moving fully into design, I spent almost two years as a front-end web developer, building responsive, mobile-first interfaces.
That background shapes how I work. I start with people — interviews, personas, empathy and journey maps — then move to flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, backed by a reusable design system and validated through usability testing.
The result: interfaces that look good, make sense to users and are realistic for developers to ship.
Built responsive, mobile-first web layouts with HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap, translating UI/UX principles into clean, interactive web applications with solid cross-browser support across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Hands-on user research, user-flow mapping, wireframing and interactive prototyping.
