Food delivery shouldn’t feel like a gamble.

Yalla Eat is a go-to food delivery app that brings people’s favorite meals — pizza, sushi, burgers or something healthy — straight to their door with speed, simplicity and reliability.

The problem

In a fast-paced lifestyle, people struggle to find time to cook or dine out. Restaurants offer plenty of choice, yet ordering still comes with friction:

01

Time constraints

Busy schedules make it hard to prepare meals or wait in long queues.

02

Limited access

Many customers can’t easily reach diverse cuisines from different restaurants.

03

Delivery issues

Delays, no real-time tracking and inconsistent quality erode trust.

04

Payment barriers

Limited payment options create unnecessary inconvenience.

05

Location restrictions

Customers in some areas simply have fewer delivery options.

The solution

  • Convenience & accessibility

Browse menus, order and pay — anytime, anywhere.

  • Time-saving

No waiting in lines or calling restaurants; orders arrive quickly.

  • Variety in one place

Multiple restaurants and cuisines in a single app.

  • Real-time tracking

Live order status and delivery location.

  • Cashless payments

Secure payments by card, wallet or mobile.

  • Personalized experience

Smart recommendations, saved favorites and special offers.

  • Support for restaurants

Wider reach that helps small and large restaurants grow.

  • Job opportunities

    Flexible work for delivery partners.

Delivery speed

65%

were satisfied with delivery time — but 25% highlighted delays during peak hours.

Promotions

70%+

said discounts and loyalty rewards influence which app they choose.

Peak time

User flow

The end-to-end flow maps every path — onboarding, sign-up, Google sign-in, guest checkout and password recovery, then browsing, cart, location and payment — so nobody hits a dead end.

A warm, appetizing visual language.
